Adewale Aladejana (born May 16, 1984 in Ibadan, Oyo State) is a Nigerian Entrepreneur, Evangelist, Motivational Speaker and investor.[1] He is the founder and CEO of Sapphire scents, the first indigenous Perfume making company in Nigeria.[2][3]

Aladejana was born to a middle-class family as the 7th child in a family of nine children. His father was a businessman and politician who owned a successful bookshop called Bisi Books in Ibadan which was the biggest in Ibadan. His father was appointed as one of the National Electoral commissioners who conducted the Nigerian presidential election, 1993 popularly called June 12 election, which was adjudged Nigeria's freest and fairest elections till date. He then became a federal commissioner at the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and fiscal commission which was the post he held till he died in 2010. Aladejana attended King's College, Lagos, and later International School, Ibadan. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Mass Communication from Bowen University.

Aladejana began his career with the TY Danjuma Foundation, a Non- Governmental Organization founded by Nigeria's former Chief of Army Staff Theophilus Danjuma, as a Monitoring and Evaluation officer in Benin, South-South Nigeria.[4] He then moved to Abuja where he started his perfume company, Sapphire scents with only $100 in 2015 but is now valued at over $10 million dollars.[5] He currently has over 300 distributors in 20 states of Nigeria, the US, Uk, Ireland, Cyprus, Ghana and Cameroon.[6]. Aladejana has many times attributed the success of his company to God and to popular Abuja pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo, who gave him 1 million naira in 2015 to expand his business.[7][8] Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh became a brand ambassador of the company in 2018.[9][10]

Aladejana is married to Oluwatoyin Aladejana who is the General Manager of Sapphire Scents. They met on Facebook in 2013. They have 2 kids together.
