Adrienne Arieff (born 1971) is an author and communications professional. She is best known for her controversial[1] book The Sacred Thread, which detailed her experiences traveling to India to enlist the services of a surrogate mother who eventually gave birth her twin daughters.[2][3][4] She also contributed to Spa, a book co-written by her sister Allison Arieff.[5][6] Adrienne is the founder and president of Arieff Communications, a public relations and marketing firm based in San Francisco, California and New York City, New York.[7][8][9]
Arieff received her bachelor's degree from American University[10] and has a master's degree from Columbia University.[8] She is married to Alex Berline,[7] a partner at Hanson Bridgett.[11] They have twin daughters named Emma and India.[12]
