Anthony Barnwell (born 1981) is a British murderer and schizophreniac responsible for the murder of six-year-old James Brennan. In 2006, he was sent to a secure mental hospital indefinitely.
Barnwell had been diagnosed by paranoid schizophrenia in 2004. Following his trial Barnwell pleaded gulity on the grounds of manslaughter through diminished responsibility due to schizophrenia.
