Wolverhampton Wanderers[edit | hide | edit source]

Breslin joined Wolverhampton Wanderers and came through the youth system along with fellow countryman Connor Ronan.[1] Breslin never made his league debut with Wolverhampton Wanderers, but did play three times in the EFL Trophy. On 8 November 2016, Breslin played for Wolverhampton Wanderers against Accrington Stanley, coming on as a 63rd minute substitute for Connor Johnson, and helping the club to a 4-0 win,[2] he then played in the next round of the competition on 5 December 2016, a 1-1 draw with Sunderland, that Wolverhampton Wanderers won 4-3 on penalties, with Breslin again coming off the bench, replacing the injured Regan Upton on the 28th minute.[3] Anthony played again on January, 10, 2017 against Swansea City, but it was as far as Wolverhampton Wanderers went in the competition, losing 2-1 on the night, courtesy of a brace from Oliver McBurnie. [4]

Following the end of his contract, Breslin was one of 12 that were officially released by the club on 20 May 2018, he was joined by the likes of Jonathan Flatt, Jordan Allan and Nicolae Cârnaț.[5]

Tamworth (loan)[edit | hide | edit source]

On 5 August 2016, Breslin signed for National League North side Tamworth on a youth loan.[6]
