Anthony Cirelli is a ice hockey center who currently plays for the Oshawa Generals of the OHL.

Junior[edit | hide | edit source]

Anthony was born in Woodbridge, Ontario, but played in Mississauga for hockey. He was missed in the OHL Draft, but was signed by the Oshawa Generals in their 2015 season, when not only did Cirelli have a great season and play in the Memorial Cup tournament as a rookie, he scored both goals in the final to beat the Kelowna Rockets 2-1.

Obviously, scouts noticed his impressive endeavors and finally on June 27, 2015, he was drafted in the 3rd Round, 72nd overall by the Tampa Bay Lightning
