Antonio Delgado is an attorney and the Democratic nominee running in the November, 2018 election to represent New York's 19th congressional district in the United States House of Representatives.[1][2] On June 26, 2018, he won the Democratic primary with 22% of the vote and will face incumbent congressman John Faso in the November 6th election.[3][4]

Delgado grew up in Schenectady, New York.[2] He attended Colgate University, earned a Rhodes Scholarship to Oxford University, and received a law degree from Harvard Law School.[5] After graduating from Harvard, he worked as a hip-hop artist in Los Angeles, before working as an associate in the New York offices of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, a position he kept after moving to Rhinebeck in 2017.[2][5][6][7]
